Subscription Terms and Conditions

Through the StreamByte website, users can access various content and features, including subscription services. This page sets out the terms of use for the subscription service (regular purchase/automatic renewal) that we provide. Please be sure to read these terms before using the service, and use the service only if you agree to the terms.

Service Details

StreamByte offers music and video content downloading and conversion services on a monthly or yearly subscription basis that gives members access to certain benefits and features as determined by the company.

Fees and billing frequency

Subscription fees and billing frequencies are as follows:

StreamByte for Music

Monthly plan

• First month fee：¥3,980 (excluding tax)
• Renewal fee from the second month onwards：¥4,980/month (excluding tax)
• Once you sign up, your subscription will be automatically renewed and you will be billed every month.

Annual plan

• First year fee：¥10,800 (excluding tax)
• Continuation fee from the second year onwards：¥13,800/year (excluding tax)
• Once you sign up, your subscription will be automatically renewed and invoiced every year.

*Payments will be processed based on the payment method you specified during registration.

Automatic renewal and cancellation methods

This service will be automatically renewed. Currently, there is no option to cancel your subscription via the website. If you wish to terminate your subscription, please contact customer support at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

If you wish to cancel, please send an email to the above email address stating "I would like to cancel my subscription"The email address used for paymentPlease be sure to include your address when contacting us.

After we confirm your request, we will proceed with the cancellation procedure and notify you by email once the procedure is complete. Even after cancellation, you can still use the service until the end of the contract period. The contract will automatically end after the end of the period.

Subscription start date, billing date, and payment

Your subscription begins when you sign up and your initial charge occurs at the same time, and you will be billed on the same day each month or year thereafter, depending on the plan you select.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

In principle, we do not provide refunds for cancellations made midway due to customer convenience. However, this does not apply if required by law or if our company is found to have committed a serious negligence.
