Subscription Terms and Conditions

Through the StreamByte website, users can access various content and features, including subscription services (regular purchases and automatic renewals). This page sets out the terms of use for the subscription services we provide. By completing your payment and checking the box to agree, you are deemed to have read these terms in advance, understood and agreed to their contents. Please be sure to read these terms when using the service.

Service Details

StreamByte offers a music and video content download and conversion service on an annual subscription basis, which gives members access to certain benefits and features as determined by the company.

Fees and billing frequency

Subscription fees and billing frequencies are as follows:

StreamByte for Music

Annual plan

• First year fee：¥10,800 (excluding tax)
• Continuation fee from the second year onwards：¥13,800/year (excluding tax)
• Once you sign up, your subscription will be automatically renewed and invoiced every year.

*Payments will be processed based on the payment method you specified during registration.

Automatic renewal and cancellation methods

This service is an auto-renewing service. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period.

If you wish to terminate your contract, please cancel online or by email at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

*Cancellations by email are usually completed by the next business day. If you are in a hurry or wish to cancel on the same day, please use the online procedure.

Even after cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the contract period. After the period ends, the contract will automatically end.

Subscription start date, billing date, and payment

Your subscription begins immediately upon signing up and your initial billing begins at the same time. Thereafter, you will be billed annually on the same date according to the plan you select.

Changes to Terms and Termination

• Any changes to the Terms or termination of your subscription (either by you or by us) will be confirmed in writing (by email) to you within 7 days of cancellation.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

In principle, we do not provide refunds for cancellations made midway due to customer convenience. However, this does not apply if required by law or if our company is found to have committed a serious negligence.
